Morgan Samuel is a freelance sound engineer, composer, and audio producer based in Pōkuru, Waikato, New Zealand. With over two decades of professional experience, Morgan has worked on everything from Hollywood feature films to New Zealand podcast series, bringing the same level of care and craft to each one.

How it began
Morgan's audio career began early, picking up music at 18 months and never really putting it down. After completing a Bachelor of Media Arts (Music Production, Honours) at WINTEC in 2004, Morgan moved to Wellington and spent the next decade working in New Zealand's world-class film industry.
As part of the sound team at Park Road Post Production in Wellington, Morgan contributed to some of the most celebrated productions ever made in this country, including Peter Jackson's The Hobbit trilogy, District 9, The Adventures of Tintin, and The Lovely Bones. These productions set an exceptionally high standard, and that standard has stayed.
The Now
Today Morgan operates from a purpose-built studio nestled in the lush farmland of Pōkuru, Waikato - a quiet environment that's perfectly suited to focused, detail-oriented production work. Clients range from independent New Zealand filmmakers to global brands and broadcasters, working remotely or via studio visits by arrangement.
